I don’t think a lot of people know this but in the USA the food industry is legally allowed to label foods zero calorie when it isn’t. It’s either as long as it’s >5 or >3.5 calories. Rounding the nutrition facts is perfectly fine here, that’s why you hardly ever see a label that doesn’t end in a 0 or 5.

This shouldn’t be a big deal to most of you because it will still take more energy for your body to digest it than it’s worth but I think you should be aware of this when I’m talking about “Zero” calorie foods.

Truth is nothing besides water is actually zero calories.

These beautiful bitches are the lowest calorie noodles I have encountered. The highest calorie bag of these I’ve been able to find are just six calories a serving. You can find these at some grocery stores in the Asian isle, sometimes in the refrigerated section, or online.

I’m personally a huge fan of the Miracle brand, which I can only find online but it doesn’t only come in the stringy form but also fettuccine and rice. Plus the serving size is exactly a bag and claims to be zero calories.

You can cook them in a soup or have them with a spaghetti sauce.

Personal suggestion is a bit of powdered chicken broth and low sodium soy sauce but make it your own.

Super busy lately, I’m going to try to start posting more by sharing all the calorie cutting foods I know so you don’t opt on a bag of oreos with 170 cal per two cookies if you have a case of the munchies.

Submit your knowledge too though please.

I’ve been considering new things I can do on here because I’ve been really slow with updating lately and I was thinking I could match you guys up with texting buddies so you guys can help eachother out or compete.

Send me your phone number, stats, and what kind of buddy you’re looking for and I’ll try to find someone that’s similar as possible.
