I don’t think a lot of people know this but in the USA the food industry is legally allowed to label foods zero calorie when it isn’t. It’s either as long as it’s >5 or >3.5 calories. Rounding the nutrition facts is perfectly fine here, that’s why you hardly ever see a label that doesn’t end in a 0 or 5.
This shouldn’t be a big deal to most of you because it will still take more energy for your body to digest it than it’s worth but I think you should be aware of this when I’m talking about “Zero” calorie foods.
Truth is nothing besides water is actually zero calories.
